Forms of health policy conflicts
There are many forms of
policy conflicts depending on working procedures, end results, implementation
plan and eventually social impact on community.
Modality conflicts: how
the implementation of any policy is crucial for execution. However roadmaps are
most important practically. As well known before never got gold by planning for
gold, actions and moving is more significant ever, planning and road map should
not exceed thirty percent from any strategy procedure framework. Precisely; as
simple effective your working model is as more achievable end results might ne
got with high degree of satisfaction from community and individuals.
Road map (procedures)
conflicts: after drawing the main goals or targets related to the state policy should
be more fragmented according to society available tools and facilities and governors
should bear in mind the flexible strategic substitutional pathways for coming
risks and obstacles. Road map is considered the action plan would show
setbacks, strong sides, weakness points and useful tool for auditing and
forward checking up.
End achievable
conflicts: clearly; many governments spent billions of Dollars for poor end
result strategies and what is really worth; they fighting for its existence
with public particularly. Meanwhile; admitting with mistakes officially is not declared
anyhow. Community is more sensitive for any change and easier to lead via old
believes than new ones but if that happened with improper way or in unsuitable
site, going to cost the society a lot. Examples for that are numerous, clearly
appeared around everyday related to political and economical issues prove the
gap between policy makers and aimed receivers.
Systems are created to
make people more organized and prepared and carry in between many advantages to
improve our life and societies, but exceeding normal limits putting new heavy
barriers for public and society moreover; a way of implementing that kind
systems and strategies reflect the caring attitude of the state toward community
and individuals. Privately, I found always people who create societies not
systems, it means without real community acceptance there is no improvement or
implementation could be succeeded. Right now there is question aroused; is it
the correct way for improvement and development or we need more innovative
modified methodology adaptable more our new lifestyle?! J
