Organization communication of integrated systems




It is a hot spot for any provider and private enterprise to know how to build good and effective communication channel among different management levels. Words seem fine but on real work ground absolutely not if you can just take a quick look on organizations and business problems related to poor communication pitfalls. As well known nothing is perfect by humankind but problems due to poor communication reflect how far communication gaps inside the organization carries direct role on our work results and how deep these roots pushing further consequences. We have not much space here to tell about brilliant enterprises whether in medical field or other, they almost fell down due to poor or misleading communication. Good effective communication born happiness, convenience, and working relaxing atmosphere even with high listed tasks. Perceptual, emotional, lingual, cultural and physical are considered concise forms of poor communication barriers.

None can deny there are many more hidden, beyond or even behind but after long time dealing with mindsets from different society segments; I simply can say the 1st and top most of them is the personal belief and how you see yourself among other work mates even with lower or higher positions. None prefer to feel less than others but many convenient with being higher ever. Therewith; In order to explain how personal beliefs draw the way of communication even with training & instructions for behaviour.  It is easy to find many communication problems in big organizations due to poor communication patterns. Although talking academically about communication models inside the organization is not my favourable way to keep information simply understandable but with all kind and patterns still communication setbacks cost much and future complications cost more.

Personal beliefs put humankind in front with their internal challenge to be resilient with others beliefs and behaviours. For instance; many of people can’t even imagine ways existing than theirs and clearly found when leaders choose managers and supervisors; they must be the same in their way of thinking. That explains why many talented and creative employees at some career point kicked out of companies. All agree that there are many internal beliefs for us determine our personality but for main category of community difference is not a opportunity of learning and development; they take it as a way of destructive criticism.  You dislike but I still like….example!

Some psychologist highlight this point as high will to lead; but you never found someone tell you what secret to be millionaire!. Gossip is witness on how beliefs can affect people behaviour and daily reactions. People during work hours try to hide them especially in medical or public jobs but spontaneously beliefs control our behaviour interpretation. The final question actually is coming over how to solve personal belief difference among employees.

Acceptance mood theory; this theory insulates employees personal beliefs and create logic broad environment to pave spiritual ground with acceptance of difference and variance as a source of data for development and learning. After applying this theory the person found himself/ herself more eager to learn about differences & their culture interpretations than criticism which usually comes as a result of conflicts between being seen difference and internal personal beliefs. Ultimately; if you want to see volume of money for enterprises look carefully how many employees work but if you want to know about future of it; look at how employees communicate each other. The power of integration


This post to those not specialist in healthcare neither medical work at all. I got many emails talking about the general benefits of healthcare system integration regardless technical and professional terms; in this post I am going to explain how medical system integration would change whole process of medical work and carries numerous benefits toward receiver ( patients) and medical workers. Integration of healthcare system means simply we put all medical providing services in one current processing road could later are branched to sub operating unites depending on the sort of medical services demanded from public. The road took different names; X-road, phantom data, X-Take off, but these names doing the same function; this road work as reservoir and data stock with main information processing platform to other service unites. Moreover; hospitals, medical providers, poly-clinics and,…etc all depending on the role of this data platform. This the basic form of integration and the methods to fulfil a grid of different unites together in the main data source differ among countries according to facilities and ability to fund integration network projects.
The consequences of integration should be known and defined according to new pattern of work performance among medical service suppliers:

Enable centralization: the 1st result of integration networking is centralize the services and enable multiple function unites in order to save the time and effort of the public and from other side decrease the administration expenditures were before load on government and care insurance fund institutions.

Reduction of human errors& resource allocation: any state economics strategies depending mainly on two model of work; 1st working to increase expenditures and 2nd working for investment on the level of state. I mention that because reduction of human errors will close main gate of maintenance and fixation funds have been used to correct errors. These funds are not small funds and redirect them to improve and research. Thus; open the opposite way to exaggerate the resource allocation depending on efficiency and final yield.

Products sharing& better resource utilization: means serving many society segments and demands through the same or less working unites or providers. That make better maximization of medical services within the same administration unite moreover; better resource allocation among society and fulfilment of proper service utilization.

Enhance certainty of best care provision: when as physician or specialist gives service you actually know little about what going to regarding final results because simply the same medication give different results among patients. But when you work through integrated networks, you easily can define the similar case and identify the results wave of improvement could reach formerly.

Private viewpoint; the medical integrated systems make patients and their welfare under microscope with much less effort and administration work. My real dream is that all medical services going to be integrated with grids to facilitate the process in front of patients who really need our effort to make their lives better. Full health J

Moreover; the successful implementation could not assured without properly technical implantation would cover the current and future additional needs of services. I brought some of technical points may help to get the full idea of successful technical implementation:

Comprehensive services across the continuum of care: medical services across the whole medical system review numerous sorts of services and many of them highly demanded or heavy wanted from the public side. Percentage level and service delivery abundance can tell much about healthcare efficiency and how far it works well. The hint here would like to refer how could be possible to keep this level of efficiency even over a period of time?!. Honestly; it is not difficult as you may imagine to find the answer of this question; by following up and check the systems operating unites regularly and departments could be possible to control medical delivery network throughout working time.  
Geographic coverage and rostering: Distribution of delivery network along the state determines main part of success and moreover drawing the picture of project. If you remember the 1st post you easily find the direct link between geographical coverage of medical system and access resilience of the service delivery. Thus; more covered areas by healthcare means more service provision and therefore, more rewards and targets accomplishments. Accessibility of healthcare is most valuable to public and project success.
Standardized Care Delivery through Inter-professional Teams: Actually you have not to care much about standards, because the public have their own standards and they will be always be ready to supply you with feedback about system networks. As they are always in use of medical service, they will give you an ideas how to do better.
