Organization communication of
integrated systems
It is a hot spot for any provider and private
enterprise to know how to build good and effective communication channel among
different management levels. Words seem fine but on real work ground absolutely
not if you can just take a quick look on organizations and business problems
related to poor communication pitfalls. As well known nothing is perfect by
humankind but problems due to poor communication reflect how far communication gaps
inside the organization carries direct role on our work results and how deep
these roots pushing further consequences. We have not much space here to tell
about brilliant enterprises whether in medical field or other, they almost fell
down due to poor or misleading communication. Good effective communication born
happiness, convenience, and working relaxing atmosphere even with high listed
tasks. Perceptual, emotional, lingual, cultural and physical are considered concise
forms of poor communication barriers.
None can deny there are many more hidden, beyond or
even behind but after long time dealing with mindsets from different society
segments; I simply can say the 1st and top most of them is the
personal belief and how you see yourself among other work mates even with lower
or higher positions. None prefer to feel less than others but many convenient
with being higher ever. Therewith; In order to explain how personal beliefs
draw the way of communication even with training & instructions for
behaviour. It is easy to find many
communication problems in big organizations due to poor communication patterns.
Although talking academically about communication models inside the
organization is not my favourable way to keep information simply understandable
but with all kind and patterns still communication setbacks cost much and
future complications cost more.
Personal beliefs put humankind in front with their
internal challenge to be resilient with others beliefs and behaviours. For
instance; many of people can’t even imagine ways existing than theirs and
clearly found when leaders choose managers and supervisors; they must be the
same in their way of thinking. That explains why many talented and creative
employees at some career point kicked out of companies. All agree that there
are many internal beliefs for us determine our personality but for main
category of community difference is not a opportunity of learning and
development; they take it as a way of destructive criticism. You dislike but I still like….example!
Some psychologist highlight this point as high will
to lead; but you never found someone tell you what secret to be millionaire!.
Gossip is witness on how beliefs can affect people behaviour and daily
reactions. People during work hours try to hide them especially in medical or
public jobs but spontaneously beliefs control our behaviour interpretation. The
final question actually is coming over how to solve personal belief difference
among employees.
Acceptance mood theory; this theory insulates employees
personal beliefs and create logic broad environment to pave spiritual ground
with acceptance of difference and variance as a source of data for development
and learning. After applying this theory the person found himself/ herself more
eager to learn about differences & their culture interpretations than
criticism which usually comes as a result of conflicts between being seen
difference and internal personal beliefs. Ultimately; if you want to see volume
of money for enterprises look carefully how many employees work but if you want
to know about future of it; look at how employees communicate each other. Full
