It is not weird to find active operating level of some unites in certain work location area and inert in another.

One more, how work components could work together to achieve acceptable harmony level with prospective focusing considerations on whether macro or micro level.  In many cases; although modern operation unites widely existed, could not achieve the minimal level of results due to inferior communication harmony among healthcare stakeholders. Good management, transparency among work associates are core and base for work harmony.

Remember indicators and measurements never teach medical workers how to perform or draw their attitudes; these formed from internal ethics of personality and also good qualified training. Being use digital system does not mean, everything going to be well easily and the patient must be satisfied and that because of technologies you use; this judgment far away from the truth.

Honestly, the patient and your mates will be satisfied and glad more from your kindly caring way of work ever than high tech been used. Performance is multi-faced set of regulations taken thoroughly in order to give precise working results. Many systems are involved in healthcare domain in multi-levels process starting from the management and till patients platform throughout the service provision but still some problems hard to solve by technologies only.

Indeed, from private perspective using only the high tech systems and modern applications create more and complicated problems especially if the authorized workers neglect other performance indicators and measurements in purpose. However, many still asking with the most modern systems, many new innovative errors going up on the surface. The level to correct errors and humankind mistakes during working hours considered much valuable than before in order to take road of improvement for future and also measure performance for assessment seriously.

As we mentioned in previous posts, the evaluations should be separately to each unite to avoid tasks overlapping and team members confusion. Transperancy and communication among working healthcare and also system planners and evaluators build trust and accelerate system setback detections. Deferring announcement of the discovered problem is not fall in the performance positive arena and create later many associated problems may would be difficult to correct lately. It means follow the measurements and avoid your personal time schedule to announce team members about the current problems.


Ultimately, as much we pay effort with medical systems, as we going to get good results and more stakeholders satisfaction. Patients please always coming number one, nothing more important than build strong healthy society even if you as governement  looking for high taxes revenue , still working on the same object, build healthy community  capable of working and give offspring can also work thus; produce and move the rest of society cycles whether social or economically. From my experiences, people may be cheated politically for long but can not tolerate illness for long, should use more mercy and kindess to produce and build individuals in good health and extremely productive fitness.
