European Healthy policy framework
Health is most valuable asset and resources for any society and forcing power to achieve the community prosper and welfare. From this point; draw the main working strategies to achieve health societies welfare and targets have became main point of work recently with grown present and prospective threatens may affect the pathway of economical growth and improvement. The main health policy framework triangle is society, economy and undoubtedly the government or the working involved policy. As people and different society categories suffered in their lives, as they are more in need to get more effective and much supportive medical services. Although there are many theories and opinions and discussions describing the framework and main policies should be followed from the governors and politicians to fix and correct the current setback in most of health systems but clearly; many other gaps grown to cut the opportunities of real improvements such as economic regression, lower living standards and many others. Moderate theory about health policy said that creating the policy is not the main object or meaningfully measured. Why it should be because from all previous experiences proved that healthy policies without real fixation and improvement deeply inside the society, it seems as you build very good skeleton without padding or filling materials. Good education, decent work, efficient workforce, low taxes easily accessible healthcare systems with beyond public services could by autonomy pathway build good and real backbone for health improvement policies.

The impact of economy is multiple factorial, while the government always busy with creating the working and innovative project for healthcare systems and providing decent and enjoyable sort of services for public, the direct effect of economy control the whole process financially from the availability of project implementation and also till what level that new policy would be useful to economy on the state level. The social and individuals determinants could be considered on the base of autonomy and comfortable principle. As a truth; any state heath policy is more the difficult to cover all public and need and demands particularly with grown numerous mistakes resulted from government misunderstanding between public demands and their own needs, inequality is old new setback in any current healthcare systems throughout the world; there are many examples found, which exaggerated through appearing more societies threats and high service costs and unstable poor economy and eventually politician mistakes crush dreams to get good supportive medical services with existed gaps with current systems.
Mistakes are important for any development work or design, but as we are human we should keep ourselves humane with others and put their needs in front of policy makers and be careful, without people there is not tax revenue, no VAT, no market for business and even no clear future for our generations so, remember always their health is priceless J

Healthy diet from WHO prospect
According many studies and researches, WHO has put certain features and criteria matching with daily needs and internal biochemical reactions. With them you could be guided about your food as possible and your role to make little adaptation with your way of feeding according to your lifestyle. food is important and how you feed yourself is most important ever than before particularly in our atmosphere which fill of mess of products and brands. The below criteria of ideal food could help to keep your body healthy and in balance with external environments and also numerous stressors. Before enumerate the characters of ideal meal, for sure the main aim and goal would be highlighted;
Ø  A healthy diet helps protect against malnutrition in all its forms, as well as non-communicable diseases (NCDs), including diabetes, heart disease, stroke and cancer.
Ø  Unhealthy diet and lack of physical activity are leading global risks to health.
Ø  Healthy dietary practices start early in life – breastfeeding fosters healthy growth and improves cognitive development, and may have longer-term health benefits, like reducing the risk of becoming overweight or obese and developing NCDs later in life.
Ø  Energy intake (calories) should be in balance with energy expenditure. Evidence indicates that total fat should not exceed 30% of total energy intake to avoid unhealthy weight gain (1, 2, 3), with a shift in fat consumption away from saturated fats to unsaturated fats (3), and towards the elimination of industrial trans fats (4).
Ø  Limiting intake of free sugars to less than 10% of total energy intake (2, 5) is part of a healthy diet. A further reduction to less than 5% of total energy intake is suggested for additional health benefits (5).
Ø  Keeping salt intake to less than 5 g per day helps prevent hypertension and reduces the risk of heart disease and stroke in the adult population (6).
Ø  WHO Member States have agreed to reduce the global population’s intake of salt by 30% and halt the rise in diabetes and obesity in adults and adolescents as well as in childhood overweight by 2025 (7, 8, 9).

 Healthy food for adults should contain;
Ø  Fruits, vegetables, legumes (e.g. lentils, beans), nuts and whole grains (e.g. unprocessed maize, millet, oats, wheat, brown rice).
Ø  At least 400 g (5 portions) of fruits and vegetables a day (2). Potatoes, sweet potatoes, cassava and other starchy roots are not classified as fruits or vegetables.
Ø  Less than 10% of total energy intake from free sugars (2, 5) which is equivalent to 50 g (or around 12 level teaspoons) for a person of healthy body weight consuming approximately 2000 calories per day, but ideally less than 5% of total energy intake for additional health benefits (5). Most free sugars are added to foods or drinks by the manufacturer, cook or consumer, and can also be found in sugars naturally present in honey, syrups, fruit juices and fruit juice concentrates.
Ø  Less than 30% of total energy intake from fats (1, 2, 3). Unsaturated fats (e.g. found in fish, avocado, nuts, sunflower, canola and olive oils) are preferable to saturated fats (e.g. found in fatty meat, butter, palm and coconut oil, cream, cheese, ghee and lard) (3). Industrial trans fats (found in processed food, fast food, snack food, fried food, frozen pizza, pies, cookies, margarines and spreads) are not part of a healthy diet.
Ø  Less than 5 g of salt (equivalent to approximately 1 teaspoon) per day (6) and use iodized salt.

In order to keep society individuals ongoing with healthy food along; that should be implemented in form of regular promotional health campaigns. Your food is not a food is simply medicine
Food is the most important thing in our life after sleeping, with food you are capable to do and pay all effort you want, but what you do not know that food is not as you thought only food is a medicine. In our blogger is not specific in food and related sciences but I am going to show different way of thinking about food and how much is carries impact in our life. Food is important and quality of food most important but there is crucial point almost all neglected; is that food many experts advised us to eat have the same importance to our bodies, meaning the biochemical criteria of food we eat exactly what our bodies need. I do not think so.
Unfortunately, there are many advices and recommendations forces by many economical enterprises to lead the main category of society use certain items  of foods or products and show many programs and data prove that in sake of, but you do not know if these data correct or not. Because this blogger is not cooking or food related blogger, not going in details to show food items  per such but at least arouse the concept that everything media told about food is not correct hundred percent.
Our bodies talking biochemistry languages; they know nothing about expire dates, manufacture and logistics and globally approved brands or items. As we have discussed before that public health including well-being sciences, one of them is food hygiene and catering is the most important study point for any community. In military science said’’ tell me about country food, can tell you how much they are persistent in war’’
The key of food is not the brand, quality level or item name. Unfortunately; the key how such food saturate our needs and lifestyle from biochemical structured formula and desirable composition components, by which leading to high internal absorption from our bodies and enhance the internal assimilation & utilization. These last words have neglected from millions of people and even sometimes from scientists. They thought any good food and structured composition are acceptable from our bodies, it is’t true.
Our bodies so smart more than our imagination and that reflected in high amount of end indigested food and inability to work and pay effort as before with new refused food from our bodies under the name of brands or famous food items forced by group of experts. Level of absorption is much important and lies the right choices been done toward our food. 
To prove that; there is clear example show these facts about our food ‘’milk’’ is the only source accepted from our body even with huge amount of products and studies show that it is safe to replace milk and calcium source with any other source. And show how much useful to take calcium from natural source than synthetic one; how our grandparents were living without calcium replacers and how they were more active and healthy than nowadays? For sure it takes years to understand this nourishment composition and how much secrets embedded at least this hint about. Briefly there are no certain items you should use for feeding but keep in mind the requirements of your body needs and not surely according to media announced items but matching with categorized natural food biochemically.  Is there is difference between healthcare and public health?


There is ancient Islamic wise word said that; if you are in good health and have enough food for one day. It means you own everything in life. Our life days are more messed ever than before and higher levels of demands and wishes but still the main target for many; is to live healthy happy life. It is priceless to keep our mind relax as possible and our body far away from risky diseases. Actually; the same happened for meaning of public health and healthcare; different and complicated meaning definitely describing the whole health systems and service provision process.
But still our question; what is the difference between healthcare and public health?
We are going to explain the core concepts between them not going deeply about system strategies and implementation. Although there are many existed opinions helping to identify the independence between Healthcare and public health but I am privately agreed that they are indeed integrated to each other to do improvement and exaggerate healthy life of the community and population. Moreover; they almost in many situations could not working separately from each other, together or should be complementary in order to reaching the same goals of society health. They are take different roads of working pathways but they are always parallel on the over view. Healthcare is focusing on direct providing medical cured services for sick and patient members of community with immediate medical solutions and by through; system infrastructures, processing operating unites been created with many other stakeholders involved to produce appropriate and acceptable medical service helping to remove harms and risks can be possibly threaten society individuals . While public health working in beside arena to care about whole community and well-being awareness and healthcare education background conceptual thoughts with all related population and society concerns.
But in clear word, Public health does not provide medical services to the public. In different meaning; it paves the road for primary healthcare and forms the concepts and/or awareness necessary to fight any harm faces the whole community by spreading the safety data, information forming awareness toward such harms. Public health is cover well-being science, health promotion, health education, fitness and preventive medicine.
Public health is much close to the medical sciences, for that reason it is hard to draw demarcation between them definitely. Through they working in parallel arena and on the same target but determining model of integration is difficult to be discriminated and that because, a lot of similarities enclose the main work responsibilities and tasks involved.
