Your food is not a food is simply
medicine
Food is the most
important thing in our life after sleeping, with food you are capable to do and
pay all effort you want, but what you do not know that food is not as you
thought only food is a medicine. In our blogger is not specific in food and
related sciences but I am going to show different way of thinking about food
and how much is carries impact in our life. Food is important and quality of
food most important but there is crucial point almost all neglected; is that
food many experts advised us to eat have the same importance to our bodies,
meaning the biochemical criteria of food we eat exactly what our bodies need. I
do not think so.
Unfortunately, there
are many advices and recommendations forces by many economical enterprises to
lead the main category of society use certain items of foods or products and show many programs
and data prove that in sake of, but you do not know if these data correct or
not. Because this blogger is not cooking or food related blogger, not going in
details to show food items per such but
at least arouse the concept that everything media told about food is not
correct hundred percent.
Our bodies talking
biochemistry languages; they know nothing about expire dates, manufacture and
logistics and globally approved brands or items. As we have discussed before
that public health including well-being sciences, one of them is food hygiene
and catering is the most important study point for any community. In military
science said’’ tell me about country food, can tell you how much they are persistent
in war’’
The key of food is not
the brand, quality level or item name. Unfortunately; the key how such food
saturate our needs and lifestyle from biochemical structured formula and
desirable composition components, by which leading to high internal absorption
from our bodies and enhance the internal assimilation & utilization. These
last words have neglected from millions of people and even sometimes from
scientists. They thought any good food and structured composition are
acceptable from our bodies, it is’t true.
Our bodies so smart
more than our imagination and that reflected in high amount of end indigested
food and inability to work and pay effort as before with new refused food from
our bodies under the name of brands or famous food items forced by group of experts.
Level of absorption is much important and lies the right choices been done
toward our food.
To prove that; there is
clear example show these facts about our food ‘’milk’’ is the only source
accepted from our body even with huge amount of products and studies show that
it is safe to replace milk and calcium source with any other source. And show
how much useful to take calcium from natural source than synthetic one; how our
grandparents were living without calcium replacers and how they were more active
and healthy than nowadays? For sure it takes years to understand this
nourishment composition and how much secrets embedded at least this hint about.
Briefly there are no certain items you should use for feeding but keep in mind
the requirements of your body needs and not surely according to media announced
items but matching with categorized natural food biochemically. In coming post

details to overcome junk food shortages to keep ourselves sound.
